  2. Payment Terms and Conditions
    • Bank transfer, a Current dated cheque is a preferred mode of payment.
    • Electronic payments are encouraged.
  3. General Terms and conditions
    • Candidates must carry Emirates ID proof for registration on the first day of Training.
    • Candidates will have to arrange their transportation and accommodation for Training.
    • The Client must provide PPEs for their candidates corresponding to the training discipline.
    • The training service provider will be providing a resting area and a pantry. The Training provider can arrange food at the client request, but the Client will have to pay for it separately.
    • Candidates will be responsible for their belongings.
    • Candidates will be provided with basic safety orientation on the first day, which they must strictly adhere to and acknowledge the same. If the candidates are unable to follow the safety instruction, they must not continue with the Training.
    • Training Service Provider may provide first aid treatment for any injury or accident which may occur in the workshop but will not be accountable for the same.
    • The Client will bear all insurance regarding the safeguarding of candidates.
    • Responsibility and accountability for the Genuity and validity of all documents rest with the Client.
  4. Admission Policy
    • The Abu Dhabi Quality Control and Conformity Council (ADQCC) sets all requirements and standards for the candidates to take E1 Electricity Wiring Regulation course.
    • Vector Training Center is only a training and assessment service provider. The course material and assessments are approved by ADQCC.
    • If the candidate attends the course and passes the assessment, Vector Training Center will issue an assessment passing certificate only and the final occupation certification will be issued by ADQCC upon verification of all the documents as per the eligibility criteria.
    • All individuals seeking to take the course must be UAE citizens or UAE residents, and candidates must be able to read and write English. For eligibility requirements, kindly refer to the eligibility criteria from ADQCC for the candidate.
    • If the candidate provides false information in the registration form, it will result in the dismissal of the candidate from the Course and forfeiting the fees.
    • After failing for 1st time in the assessment, the candidate is allowed to reappear for the assessment 2nd time. If the candidate fails 2nd time, then he must retake the full course.
    • The candidate must bring their PPEs for the practical session.
    • The candidate must carry Emirates ID proof during the training days and on the day of the assessment.
  5. Admission Policy (HSE and other courses)
    • The Vector Training Center sets all requirements and standards for admission to the Training courses within the context of applicable general requirements established by the Vector Training Center’s Management.
    • All individuals seeking admission must be either a UAE Citizen or UAE resident of 18 years and above age, and they should understand at least English /Hindi /Urdu.
    • Offers of admission made are conditional, subject to verification of final documentation and eligibility.
    • If the Candidate provides false information during enrolment, it will result in the dismissal of the Candidate from the course and forfeiting the course fees.
    • The Vector Training Center is entitled to declare the conditions, criteria, fees and, required documents integral to Candidate admission.
  6. Candidate attendance policy
    • Candidates should attend all the scheduled course sessions, and the attendance will be recorded in the attendance sheet.
    • Attendance of up to 90% may be accepted in exceptional and emergency cases on a case by case basis. A proof of excuse will be required.
    • If the attendance falls below 90%, no certificate will be issued.
    • A candidate can complete the missed training hours by attending a future course, if available by paying additional fees, which can make the Candidate eligible to continue the training and complete the course.
  7. Training Refund Policy
    • If the center cancels the course prior to the beginning of the course, then 100% of course fees shall be refunded, or the course will be rescheduled to the next date.
    • If the center cancels the course after the beginning of the course, then the center will reschedule the balance duration of classes or refund the balance fees on a pro-rata basis.
    • If cancellation is asked by the Candidate/ Client prior to the course beginning date. The candidate / Client has to fill the refund form and submit it to the sales executive or Training coordinator for requesting any refund.
    • If the notification of cancellation is made 5 working days before the course start date, then 100% of course fees shall be refunded.
    • If the notification of cancellation is made within 5 working days before the course starts, then only 50% of the course fees shall be refunded.
    • If any cancellation is made after the course start date, then no course fees will be refunded back.
    • After registration, if the Candidate does not show up for the Training without any notice or intimation, the training coordinator will try to contact the Client by telephone. In case of no response from the Candidate by the end date of the course, then his admission shall be automatically cancelled, and any fees collected shall not be refunded back.
    • Any refund claims must be submitted within three months from the date of payment. Any refund claims after three months will not be accepted from the date of payment of any fees.
    • COVID-19 safety measures will be applicable for all candidates as per the ACTVET and Government directives.
  8. Complaint and Appeal Policy
    • Vector Training Center is committed to providing high-quality training services to all Candidates.
    • In the context of continuous quality improvement, Candidates may raise Complaints and Appeals that need to be respectfully managed.
    • For any complaints or appeals, a Candidate may fill out the respective form and submit it to the executive secretary.
    • Management will respond to the complaint within 30 days of receiving the form.
  9. Candidate Code of Conduct
    • For online courses and assessments, it is mandatory that Vector Training Center takes videos and photos while assessments are ongoing.
    • All safety rules should always be adhered to.
    • Threatening, aggressive or violent behavior or abusive language is not permitted and will not be tolerated, which may lead to dismissal – this applies during the course and assessment.
    • Damaging or inappropriate use of any facility or equipment provided by the Vector Training Center is prohibited.
    • Smoking, consuming alcohol or tobacco is strictly prohibited. 
    • Attend each training day on time unless exceptional circumstances arise or you have previously informed the trainer of your inability to attend.
    • It is not usually permissible to leave before the end of the session; if it is necessary to do so, you must tell the trainer before the session begins and leave quietly.
    • While class is in session, mobile telephones must be either switched to silent mode or be switched off to avoid disturbing the class.
    • Notify us if you are going to lapse from the course for any reason. By failing to communicate with us before the end of the course, you are effectively removing yourself from the course for which you have enrolled and are exonerating us completely from all of the responsibilities we had to you.
    • You may re-join the course, but 100% of the original course fee will be charged.
    • Noncompliance with any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the course and forfeiting the fees.
  10. COVID - 19 Instructions for Candidates
    • It is obligatory for all candidates to check their temperature on a daily basis before entering the facility. If the temperature is above 38 C, the entry will not be allowed, and any advance fees will be refunded.
    • All candidates must wear masks all the time once they enter the facility. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in denial of entry.
    • Exchanging personal/private items (pens and other necessary tools) is not permitted in all activities.
    • Pantries can be opened for eating and drinking on the strict condition of keeping a distance of 2 meters between people.
    • Ensuring the commitment of 2 meters’ space between people at the training centers
    • Downloading & activating Al-Hosn application is mandatory for all Candidates before coming to the facility.
    • Commitment to hygiene and personal protection is required.
