Assessment Polices, Terms & Conditions

  1. Admission Policy
    • The Abu Dhabi Quality Control and Conformity Council (ADQCC) sets all requirements and standards for the candidates to appear for the Assessments.
    • Vector Training Center is only an assessment service provider, and all assessments are approved by ADQCC.
    • If the candidate passes the Assessment, Vector Training Center will issue an Assessment passing certificate only, and final Occupation Certification will be issued by ADQCC upon verification of all documents as per the eligibility criteria for the specific occupation.
    • All individuals seeking to appear for the assessment must be a UAE Citizen or UAE residents, and he or she should be able to read and write English. For specific category eligibility requirements, kindly refer to the eligibility criteria from ADQCC for the candidate.
    • If the candidate provides false information in the registration form, it will result in the dismissal of the candidate from the assessment and forfeiting the assessment fees.
    • After failing for 3rd time in the assessment, the candidate is not allowed to reappear for the assessment for the next three months.
    • The candidate must bring their PPEs for relevant assessment.
    • The candidate must carry Emirates ID proof on the day of assessment.
    • The assessment may be either online, offline or both, which is according to the occupation.
    • For online proctoring, it is mandatory that Vector Training Center takes videos and photos while assessments are ongoing.
  2. Candidate Code of Conduct
    • All safety rules should always be adhered to.
    • Damaging or inappropriate use of any facility or equipment provided by the Vector Training Center is prohibited.
    • Smoking, consuming alcohol or tobacco is strictly prohibited. 
    • While the assessment is in session, mobile telephones must be switched off.
    • Any type of Cheating will result in immediate dismissal from the assessment and forfeiting the fees.
    • Threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour or abusive language is not permitted and will not be tolerated, which may lead to dismissal.
    • Noncompliance with any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the assessment and forfeiting the fees.
  3. Assessment Refund Policy
    • If the center cancels the assessment prior to the beginning of the assessment, then 100% of assessment fees shall be refunded, or the assessment will be rescheduled to the next date.
    • In case the cancellation is asked by the Candidate prior to the assessment beginning date, the Candidate must fill a refund form and submit it to the sales executive or assessment coordinator for requesting any refund, and a refund request will be processed as follows.
      • If the notification of cancellation is made 5 working days before the date of the assessment, then 100% of assessment fees shall be refunded.
      • If the notification of cancellation is made within 5 working days before the assessment starts, then only 50% of the assessment fees shall be refunded.
      • There shall be no refund on the day of the assessment and after the assessment date is passed.
    • After registration, if the Candidate does not show up for the assessment without any notice or intimation, the assessment coordinator will try to contact the Client by telephone. In case of no response from the Candidate, then his admission shall be automatically cancelled, and any fees collected shall not be refunded back.
  4. COVID - 19 Safety Instructions for Candidate
    • It is obligatory for all Candidates to check their temperature before entering the facility. If the temperature is above 38 C, entry will not be allowed, and any advance fees will be refunded.
    • All Candidates must wear masks all the time once they enter the facility. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in denial of entry.
    • Exchanging personal/private items (pens and other necessary tools) is not permitted in all activities.
    • Ensure the commitment of 2 meters of space between people.
    • All types of group activities are prohibited.
    • The candidate must have a valid PCR negative result not older than 7 days on the day of assessment and must be available for checking on the Al-Hosn application on the candidates mobile phone.
